Returns and Refunds

Our products have been carefully selected to 100% meet your pet's needs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy is as follows:

1. Return Terms

  • You can request a return within 14 business days of receiving the package.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

  • Items must be unused, clean (free of hair or odors), and complete with all original tags.

2. Items Excluded from Return

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized Items: Any product made to measure or with specific customizations (names, special sizes, etc.).

  • Promotional items or free gifts.

  • E-Cards / Gift vouchers.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. In some countries, we can arrange collection through our courier: contact us to find out the costs and procedures.

4. Refund Procedure

  1. Once the item is received, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions listed above.

  2. We will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of the refund.

  3. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
