GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Introduction
The website www.dixystore.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is owned by Zaira Giulianelli, with registered office at Via Torricelli 7, 60019 Senigallia (AN), IT - P.IVA 02812990428. Through the Website, the Seller offers for sale the products present on the Website itself (hereinafter the “Product” or “Products”). These general terms and conditions of sale (the “General Conditions”) govern the distance purchase of Products, through the Website, in accordance with Italian law. The Customer who accesses the Website to make purchases (the “Customer”) is required, before proceeding, to carefully read and accept these General Conditions. Sales through the Website are exclusively reserved for consumer Customers pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), i.e. “the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out”. The Customer must be at least 18 years old.
2. Product Selection and Order
The main characteristics of the Products (variants, quantity, colors, etc.) along with specific indications (composition, materials, allergens, etc.) and the price are provided in the descriptive sheet of each Product. The graphic representation corresponds to the photographic image of the Product, which aims to present it for sale; the images may not perfectly represent all characteristics, with the exception of the label, which is faithful to the selected Product. The Customer can purchase as a "Registered User" or as a "Guest". To complete the purchase, the Customer must send the order form electronically by selecting the payment method. The Customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number, the list of Products, and the total price (including shipping costs).

The Seller will verify the availability of the Products. In case of total or partial unavailability, or incorrect data, the order may be cancelled or partially fulfilled.

3. Prices and shipping costs
Product prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are borne by the Customer and are indicated in detail before placing the Order.
4. Payment Methods
The Customer can pay via:

Credit or Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. (The Website does not store card numbers).

PayPal and Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods accepted via the PayPal or Shopify Payments circuit.
5. Legal Guarantee and Limitations of Liability
The Seller provides the legal guarantee of conformity established by the Consumer Code. This guarantee is strictly limited to manufacturing defects or inherent material flaws existing at the time of delivery and not detectable at the time of purchase.
Strict Exclusions: In order to ensure maximum transparency and prevent instrumental use of the guarantee, the following are strictly excluded from it:

Damage from animal interaction: Any signs of bites, chewing, tearing, or scratching caused by the animal's teeth or claws. The nature of such damage is technically incompatible with a manufacturing defect.

Accidental damage and neglect: Breakage, cracks, or malfunctions of components (e.g., buckles, carabiners) resulting from falls on hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete), violent crushing (e.g., closing in doors or car doors), or accidental impacts.

Improper or non-conforming use: Damage resulting from the use of the Product for purposes other than those intended or with animals of size and strength exceeding the technical limits indicated in the product sheet.

Wear and tear and external agents: Natural fading of colors, wear from daily friction, or damage resulting from non-conforming washing or exposure to corrosive substances.
Complaint procedure: In case of an alleged defect, the Customer must send detailed photographic documentation (including macro-details of the point of breakage) via email to info@dixystore.com. The Seller reserves the right to subject the Product to technical inspection: if signs of abnormal traction, impact, or chewing emerge, the warranty claim will be rejected.
6. Errors and limitations of liability
Product information is constantly updated, however, it is not possible to guarantee the absolute absence of errors. The Seller reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies even after an Order has been placed. Without prejudice to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property arising from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an Order is excluded.
7. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent to the Seller by writing to the e-mail address: info@dixystore.com.
8. Intellectual Property
The Customer declares to be informed that all trademarks, names, distinctive signs, images, photographs and written or graphic texts used on the Website or related to the Products are and remain the exclusive property of Zaira Giulianelli and/or her assignees. Access to the Website and the purchase of Products do not confer any rights thereon to the Customer. The total or partial reproduction of the contents is prohibited without the prior written consent of Zaira Giulianelli.
9. Processing of personal data
The Customer's data is processed by the Seller in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (GDPR), as specified in the information provided in the dedicated section (Privacy Policy).
